FIDECOM is an Audit and Consulting firm which was founded in 1974 by Mr. Larbi EL AOUFIR, chartered accountant and auditor, currently the Treasurer of the national “Ordre des Experts Comptables”.

Currently, the firm is headed by Mr. Aziz Ghiyati, a qualified Chartered Accountant member of the “Ordre des Experts Comptables” of Rabat. He is also a member of the “Ordre des Experts Comptables” of Lille and Paris.

FIDECOM has since joined a sister company named OXEA Audit & Conseil also headed by Mr. Ghiyati.

After several months of accompanying the changes made necessary by this merger, the two firms have merged in February 2022 to give birth to a single entity named henceforth: OXEA – FIDECOM.

Mr. Aziz Ghiyati has also been a Statutory Auditor at the Douai Court of Appeal in France for 21 years.
